Job Description –
- Experience in B2B sales or IT services sales
- Strong understanding of ERP/CRM software solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to identify leads and convert prospects into clients
- Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation channels
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
Requirements –
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in business development or IT sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience working with CRM tools for pipeline management
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Responsibilities –
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Odoo ERP services
- Generate leads through various channels including LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling
- Present company services and solutions to prospective clients
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations for potential clients
- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline using CRM software
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients
- Coordinate with technical teams to scope and price projects accurately
Nice to Have –
- Prior experience selling ERP or SaaS products
- Knowledge of Odoo or similar ERP platforms
- Experience with international clients
