Job Description –
- Strong understanding of Odoo functional modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR)
- Experience in business process analysis and requirement gathering
- Ability to configure and implement Odoo as per client requirements
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Experience in preparing functional documentation and user manuals
- Knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies
Requirements –
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in Odoo functional consulting
- Hands-on experience with Odoo implementation projects
- Proficiency in configuring Odoo modules without coding
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Responsibilities –
- Engage with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into Odoo configurations
- Configure and implement Odoo modules across multiple business domains
- Conduct user training sessions and prepare training materials
- Perform gap analysis and propose suitable solutions
- Coordinate with the development team for custom requirements
- Provide post-go-live support and resolve functional issues
- Prepare functional specification documents and business process flows
