Job Description –
- Strong technical background in software development or ERP systems
- Proven experience managing end-to-end IT or ERP implementation projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project)
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements –
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 4–7 years of experience in technical project management
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience delivering ERP or enterprise software projects
- Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders
Responsibilities –
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Odoo ERP implementation projects
- Define project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables
- Manage cross-functional teams including developers, consultants, and QA
- Monitor project progress and identify risks proactively
- Communicate project status to clients and internal leadership
- Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining quality standards
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Nice to Have –
- Experience with Odoo ERP projects specifically
- Familiarity with Python or web technologies
- MBA or equivalent management qualification
