Job Description –

1. Proficiency in Python programming language 
2. Strong understanding of Odoo 
3. Framework and architecture 
4. Experience with PostgreSQL 
5. Database management 
6. Knowledge of web technologies  (HTML,CSS,JavaScript)
7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills 
8. Good communication and Interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules to meet business

requirements.

Analyze and troubleshoot Odoo issues, providing timely solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.

Ensure code quality and performance through regular code reviews and testing.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and services.

Document development processes and provide end-user training and support.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. 3 years of experience in Odoo development and customization.
3. Strong knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, and JavaScript.
4. Experience with Odoo API and module development.
5. Proficient in debugging and performance optimization.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
