Assist in ERP system implementations and upgrades. Set up and maintain system documentation. Assist in program customization and configuration. Review and perform system maintenance and testing. Review and analyse data reporting. Troubleshoot and resolve system problems. Provide user support as needed. Research and resolve system failures. Conduct user acceptance testing and troubleshoot issues. Develop and maintain end user training materials. Knowledge on Odoo is preferred. Qualifications: 1 years of experience in ERP support and implementation. Proven track record of successful ERP implementations and upgrades. Hands-on experience with ERP modules such as Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and CRM. Proficiency in ERP software and tools. Strong understanding of database management and SQL. Familiarity with system integration methods and middleware. Knowledge of cloud-based ERP solutions is a plus. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for ERP systems. Implement and configure ERP solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues. Train users on ERP functionalities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize ERP performance. Document system processes and updates.
