The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience working with React JS, Express.js, MangoDB, and Node.js, with a strong background in PLC integration and the use of Redux Toolkit. The role involves working with OPC UA and guiding the junior developer to structure and implement the project module-wise. Key Responsibilities: – Lead the development and implementation of a web-based HMI project using the MERN stack (MangoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js). – Collaborate closely with the junior developer to design and structure the project, ensuring all components are covered and integrated effectively. – Work with PLC integration and OPC UA to connect the HMI with industrial machines. – Utilize Redux Toolkit to manage state changes and real-time updates within the HMI. – Design and implement database solutions using MangoDB to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval. – Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the junior developer, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment. – Ensure code quality, performance, and security through code reviews, testing, and best practices. – Contribute to project planning, documentation, and timeline management to ensure successful project delivery. Qualifications: – Up to 5 years of experience in full stack development with a focus on React JS, Express.js, MangoDB, and Node.js. – Proven experience with PLC integration and working with OPC UA. – Strong proficiency in Redux Toolkit for state management. – Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs. – Familiarity with modern front-end building pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, Vite). – Strong understanding of version control systems, particularly Git. – Ability to work effectively in a startup environment, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset. – Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members. Preferred Qualifications: – Experience with additional industrial communication protocols. – Background in developing HMI or SCADA systems. – Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker.
